The organizing committee meeting for the Chaturveda Jnana Maha Yajna was held on the 23rd at 10 am at the Town Hall in Kasaragod. The event itself took place from January 2, 2025, at the Kavugoli Sri Shiva Temple premises, marking a historic first. Various community organizations, temple authorities, and kazhaka kshetrams, along with devotees, participated in the meeting and the subsequent event. The Yajna featured four yajna shalas where 16 vedic scholars recited the four Vedas in a full ritualistic manner. A fifth yajna shala hosted scholars performing homa, japa, and pujas using sacred mantras from the Vedas.
